Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (5–12 business days): $4.99
  • Free Standard Shipping: on all U.S. orders over $50 USD

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping (10–20 business days): $12.99–$14.99

Free International Shipping: on all international orders over $100 USD

Express Shipping

Express Shipping (available on select products): Some items may qualify for expedited delivery depending on supplier availability. When available, the option will appear automatically at checkout. Delivery estimates and pricing for express services vary by destination and product type.

Customs, Duties & VAT

At The Plug Cartel, we believe in transparent pricing. All applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are included in your purchase price. You will not be asked to pay additional customs charges upon delivery - what you see at checkout is what you pay.

We handle standard VAT and customs costs on your behalf through our fulfillment and logistics partners to ensure a smooth, hassle-free delivery with no hidden fees or surprise charges.

> Note: We are currently finalizing VAT registration for EU and UK compliance. During this short transition, a small number of orders may experience minor customs processing delays. This does not affect your delivery speed or result in extra cost.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
You’ll receive your tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after dispatch.

The Plug Cartel is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or carrier-related issues once the package has left our facility or fulfillment partners. Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue; however, The Plug Cartel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


Free Shipping Thresholds

  • U.S. Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD
  • International Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD. These thresholds are automatically applied at checkout.

Order Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us at support@theplugcartel.com. We’ll promptly reach out to our logistics partner to locate your package and provide an update.
