At The Plug Cartel, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to make sure your experience is smooth from order to delivery.
Eligibility Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the product remains in its original condition. Refunds will be processed promptly once the item is returned or confirmation of cancellation is received.
Restocking Fee
A 10 % restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This fee helps cover order processing, packaging, and restocking costs.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at support@theplugcartel.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue (if applicable). Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide next steps. Once approved, we’ll coordinate with our fulfillment partner to process your refund, exchange, or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance or final-sale items - Gift cards or digital downloads - Items damaged through misuse or neglect
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible.
Note: Orders with express shipping may be fulfilled more quickly and are not eligible for cancellation once dispatched.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos or a short video of the issue. If eligible, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund confirmation and the funds have not appeared, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, email us at support@theplugcartel.com for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. The Plug Cartel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed carrier delivery, but our support team will gladly assist you in resolving the issue where possible.
