We process orders within 1–3 business days.

What is your return policy?
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and with tags.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
- Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Defective or wrong items are replaced free.
- Refunds are issued 5–10 days after approval.
- EU orders: 14-day cooling-off applies.
- Cancellation within 6 hrs. if unprocessed.

Which items are final sale?
Final sale items include:
Clearance products
Personalized/custom orders
Select hygiene-related items (e.g., grounding sheets, earbuds, electric toothbrushes, etc.)
These items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. After that, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can still return the item under our 30-day return policy.
Are your products new and authentic?
Yes! All products are brand new, sourced from trusted suppliers, and verified for authenticity.

Do products include a warranty?
Some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details are listed on the product page when applicable.
Will I pay taxes?
Sales tax is applied to orders where required by law, based on the shipping address provided at checkout.
Note: We are in the process of registering for VAT compliance in the EU and UK. During this short transition, some international orders may include temporary customs or import fees charged by your local authorities. We expect this to be resolved before December 31, 2025. We appreciate your understanding while we finalize our VAT setup. I appreciate your patience - this does not affect your delivery speed.
